Consistently able to image farther into axillary tail and posterior-lateral breast. More comfortable for patients: particularly those with neck, back disorders. Disadvantages of Decubitus: Patient may be able to see more of procedure: does not appear to be a significant issue unless preforming biopsy procedure upright.
